excellent location large resort breakfast variety helpful staff

The location was superb, right near many restaurants. the resort itself felt quite large, with nice landscaping. breakfast offered good variety with international options. staff were helpful and arranged a mini shuttle when i requested it from my room. It was far from reception.

the room furnishings felt slightly worn.

There were two swimming pools on site and direct beach access! i also saw a well-equipped air-conditioned gym with exercise equipment and a separate kids playroom. These added significant value.

the hotel provided direct access to the beach which i thought was very convenient. there were shops and restaurants located very close to the hotel and offered plenty of dining and shopping options.

The staff offered buggy service to the rooms and that was convenient. I found them helpful. housekeeping maintained a super clean environment. I extend my thanks to them and their high level of service and professionalism.

Fantastic Stay with Great Beach Access

I enjoyed the direct beach access and proximity to shops and restaurants. The location made it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was good with variety and fresh options. The room was big and always kept clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The pool bar did not consistently offer services at the same times each day. This was a slight inconvenience.

i enjoyed the direct access to the beach. the beachfront seating area was great for dining. My room had plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. the cleaning lady did a highest standard every day, she was really meticulous.

the hotel coffee options were GOOD but not excellent.

short hours payment issue

I encountered issues with the pool bar. Its hours were shorter than advertised. It opened late and closed early, inconvenient. there was confusion during checkout. The resort attempted to charge us for a breakfast we had already paid for at the restaurant. I did not appreciated that payment issue during checkout.

The staff showed great kindness and delivered prompt assistance. The hotel offered a secluded and peace all around. I easily walked to various restaurants nearby. The hotel felt tranquil, especially given its central location.
